Costa Coffee Dalaman Airport Charging Excessive Prices for Coffee

July 9 10:24 AM

I visited Costa Coffee at Dalaman Airport today and was shocked by the extremely high prices being charged. A single Turkish coffee was priced at 240₺ and a bottle of water at 140₺. Considering that the entire package of the same Turkish coffee sold in markets is around 96₺, I find this price policy completely unreasonable and disproportionate. Even in Istanbul airports, prices are more reasonable compared to what I encountered here. I believe that these prices are at a level that can be considered exorbitant and that a price regulation should be made urgently. In my opinion, this business should be inspected by the Ministry of Trade due to excessive pricing. Such pricing not only negatively affects local customers but also creates a very bad impression for tourists, and I think tourists should be informed so they do not unknowingly pay such exaggerated amounts. I request that the price policy at Costa Coffee Dalaman Airport be reviewed, that prices be brought to a reasonable level, and that the necessary inspections be carried out by the relevant authorities. I am also expecting a written explanation from the business regarding how these prices are determined and their justification for this practice.
