I visited the Costa Coffee branch at Dalaman Airport and was shocked by the lack of organization and service. The coffee machines were out of order, leaving Turkish coffee as the only option—priced at an astonishing 160₺. The cashier was overwhelmed, serving a queue of 15 people, yet no coffee was available.
To make matters worse, there was no notice informing customers about the situation, so people wasted time waiting in line for nothing. The staff explained that a technical team was being awaited, but this did not resolve the inconvenience for paying customers.
This experience felt like a bad joke. At the very least, there should be clear communication about unavailable services to prevent further frustration. I urge Costa Coffee to address this issue promptly to improve customer experience and service quality at their Dalaman Airport branch.
