I purchased round-trip tickets from Corendon Airlines with an outbound flight on December 13, 2025, and a return flight on December 27, 2025. Later, I received an email from Corendon stating that the outbound flight had been canceled and that I could either travel on December 20 instead or cancel the ticket entirely if I didn’t accept the change.
I immediately called customer service and explained that if the outbound flight was postponed by one week, then the return flight should also be rescheduled to January 3, 2026, so the trip duration would remain the same. However, the representative told me that only the outbound ticket could be changed or canceled, not the return flight. I explained that this was unreasonable, as it was Corendon’s operational issue, not mine, and the airline should show the same flexibility for both legs of the trip.
As a result, we had to cancel both our outbound and return tickets. My expectation was either for Corendon to move both flights by one week or to cover the cost of the new tickets I had to purchase because of their schedule change.
We had to rearrange all our reservations and plans because of what I consider a careless and customer-unfriendly policy. In short, I’ve realized that despite choosing to support a domestic Antalya-based airline, Corendon prioritizes its own convenience over customer satisfaction. After this experience, I will never fly with this company again.
