My flight from Düsseldorf to Izmir on 31.07.2024 was inexplicably rescheduled from 18:45 to 08:00 the next morning. I called customer service and explained that I couldn't fly in the morning as I had an important exam scheduled for that day. I was not offered any assistance; they said they couldn't do anything since there was no change in the flight code. When I requested to reschedule my flight for two days later, they casually mentioned that I would have to pay €171 for the change (the new ticket was already €176). I have always purchased my tickets from Corendon, but from now on, neither I nor anyone I know will be using their services.
