My CX23 Drone Lost Connection on First Use

I used the product for the first time today. It did not respond to the commands I gave from the controller, started moving away from me, and then completely lost connection. After a long search, I found the drone stuck on a tree branch. When I tried again afterward, the propellers spun but the drone would not lift off the ground. Because of this experience, I am not satisfied with the product at all.

I purchased the device from D&R on November 8. My invoice number is 0013. I have not contacted customer service yet.

Since the drone does not operate reliably, I would like to go to the D&R store to return the product and receive a refund. It has been about a week since I bought it, and the box and all accessories are intact. I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and that my return and refund process be completed as quickly as possible.
