Mud Stain Does Not Go Away From Converse
I'm utterly frustrated with my Converse shoes that I've worn only 2-3 times, yet stubborn mud stains refuse to come off. Seriously, I paid a good amount for these kicks, and at the first stain, they become unwearable? This is unacceptable! I need a solution to my problem pronto. These Converse shoes were purchased all the way from Spain, so if there's a global issue, they should address it there too. I'm urgently seeking an explanation and support from customer service regarding this problem. It's high time they reached out to me and initiated the return process. I can't just let my hard-earned money go down the drain like this. Converse, you need to step up your game and make things right for your loyal customers!
