Columbia Shoes Warranty Complaint

I bought Columbia brand waterproof boots as a gift to my son on 17/08/2022 from the Cepa Boyner branch. My son lives in Aachen, Germany, and goes home from school with this boot. Although he does not use this shoe in the field, outside the city, and even in heavy sports such as football, the shoe has broken and torn there. When my son came to Turkey, we delivered the shoe to the Cepa Boyner store, demanding that it be replaced under warranty. However, they told us that there was no production defect by making a negative return to us from there. However, the fact that they do not accept a situation that we believe is an indication of the poor quality of the material in a sports shoe that breaks and tears almost as a result of walking on a flat road as a production defect shows how insensitive the Columbia brand can be in this regard. I would like to state that we will make our complaint on this issue to all relevant authorities that we can reach at home and abroad. We urgently request that our suffering in this regard be eliminated as soon as possible and our damages be provided.
