Columbia Refuses to Help After Price Drop on My Red Hills Omni Heat Boots

I purchased the Red Hills Omni Heat Women's Long Boots from the Columbia website for ₺6300, and it was delivered on March 16, 2025. When I visited the site again to buy another product, I noticed that the same boots were now being sold for ₺5039. I called customer service and explained that I wanted to return the product and repurchase it at the lower price, as I was unhappy with the price difference. Even though I haven’t used the boots, the representative said that the return period had passed by 9 days and they would not take any action. I had already bought the product with a promotion, so I don't understand what has changed in just one month that justifies selling it 30% cheaper. I expressed my grievance, reminding them that they had previously sent discount codes months later when other websites offered lower prices without us even requesting it, yet now Columbia says there is nothing they can do. What kind of approach to customer satisfaction is this? I have been satisfied with Columbia products and have shopped on their website for a long time without any issues, but now I have seen what happens when a problem arises. I wonder if I made a mistake by choosing to shop from Columbia and would like to ask the authorities for an explanation.
