MEXC Exchange Fails to Credit 200 USDT After Successful Transfer

On March 22, 2026, at 7:13:39 PM, I transferred 200 USDT from my wallet to the KINGX trading platform. Although the transaction was successfully completed on my end, the funds have not been credited to my KINGX account.
I contacted KINGX support regarding the missing transfer, and after their review, they informed me that the platform did not receive the funds. However, from my side, the transaction was clearly completed and the amount was successfully sent from my wallet.
I request that KINGX either return the 200 USDT to my wallet or resolve this issue promptly in a way that ensures I do not lose my funds.
Progress
I have an account on the EG trading platform, where I trade in cryptocurrencies. On 2026/03/23 at 01:27:02 (UTC+3), when I attempted to make a withdrawal from my account, the withdrawal operation was blocked and my funds were effectively frozen. At the moment, I cannot access or withdraw my balance.
The amount currently frozen in my EG account is 322.7625 USDT. I have not received a clear explanation for this situation, and I am very concerned about the fact that my money is being held and my withdrawal request has been stopped without my consent.
I request that EG immediately returns all of my frozen funds and enables me to withdraw my full balance without any conditions or further delays. I also ask for a clear explanation of why my withdrawal was blocked and why my money was frozen.
