I Can’t Complete Coindcx KYC Without PAN




I’ve been using Coindcx since February 2022 and was satisfied with the platform until now. Recently, I returned after a 6-month break only to discover that KYC verification has become mandatory—and completing it requires a PAN (Permanent Account Number). As a Turkish citizen, I do not have a PAN number because I am not an Indian resident. This requirement makes it impossible for me to complete the KYC process and, more importantly, withdraw my cryptocurrency assets from the platform.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out of my funds simply because the system assumes all users are Indian nationals. I’ve contacted support but haven’t received a workable solution. I’m now stuck with my crypto balance, unable to access or transfer it elsewhere.
Coindcx needs to immediately provide an alternative KYC path for international users, especially those who have already been using the platform in good faith. This issue is urgent—please unlock my account or allow a valid ID from another country for verification.
