I Can’t Withdraw My Money from Binance via PancakeSwap and Support Page Is Broken

I’m having a serious issue with Binance, specifically through PancakeSwap. Despite investing a significant amount of money—₺600 to be exact—I am now completely unable to withdraw my funds.

This is not a minor inconvenience; I’m a student, and that money means a lot to me. I put time and effort into understanding the platform and making what I thought were smart investments, yet now I can’t access what’s rightfully mine.

To make things worse, when I try to reach support through the Help section on Binance’s homepage, I’m redirected to a broken link that simply says “page not found.” There is no one to contact, no way to file a proper complaint, and no answers.

I am calling on Binance to fix the withdrawal issue on PancakeSwap and ensure users like me can access our funds without delays or errors. I also expect the support page to be restored immediately so customers aren’t left in the dark.
