I had a horrible experience with Coindcx. I increased my leveraged ETH position by ₹60,000 to avoid liquidation, resulting in a total margin of more than ₹1.2 lakh. The software liquidated my position when the price dropped below my liquidation level, resulting in a loss of ₹12,000. The market then reversed, making the situation even more frustrating. When I contacted assistance, they kept using the same excuse: "volatility." No one provided a clear explanation for why my position was not safeguarded. Instead, they repeatedly asked the same questions, apparently hoping to fatigue me and get me to dismiss the complaint. I've lost faith in Coindcx, withdrew all of my funds, and uninstalled the app. I would not suggest it to anyone.
