Bitget Application Error: Money Went into "spot Margin" And Lost
I attempted to trade futures on my mobile app but ran into a "spot margin" problem that drained my funds. I spent weeks communicating with the official support channel with no success. Finally, one day I discovered that the amount I had deposited was 30% less in my spot account. Even the official support team lacked the necessary expertise to deal with the situation. I intend to file a complaint and seek restitution for my losses. These transactions took place without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize any of them, so I anticipate a prompt resolution of all financial losses. I am deeply frustrated by the unauthorized actions and the incompetence of the official support team.
