Missing Cards and Unfair Rewards in Coin Master - Request for Resolution

I’ve been enjoying Coin Master for years, but lately, I’ve noticed some unfair issues in the game. A friend from my group, Sempatik 1988, sent me the 1st and 3rd cards from the Magic series, but despite accepting them, they aren’t showing up in my account. Additionally, even after opening numerous chests, the cards are incredibly hard to come by.

Also, in tournaments, despite pushing to the very end, I rarely receive the joker or the rewards. The same goes for the Viking quest—I keep losing at 99.9%. It feels like the game has become heavily pay-to-win. I kindly request that the missing cards be credited to my account and that you consider adding more flexibility and opportunities to earn jokers and rewards in the game. Please address these issues to make the game fairer for all players!
