Codashop and Livu Approve Payment but Coins Never Arrive

On November 29, 2025, and November 30, 2025, I purchased coins for the Livu app through Codashop. I paid a total of approximately $99 USD ($50 USD + $50 USD) for the two transactions. Even though both Codashop and Livu show the transactions as approved and successful, the coins were never credited to my Livu account.

After experiencing this issue, I contacted both Codashop and Livu. However, each party shifted responsibility to the other and simply told me to request a refund through Paytr. My application to Paytr was not approved, and at this point, I have neither received the coins nor a refund. Despite this, neither Codashop nor Livu has taken any action to resolve the problem.

I request that the full amount of $99 USD I paid be refunded to my account in full as soon as possible.
