While trading on the Cloudex Cyripto platform, I've been experiencing issues with my bank transfer withdrawal request since July 30, 2025. Although I haven't received any error messages, when I contact customer service, I'm consistently told that I must deposit funds first or my current balance ($90,000) will not be paid. My account number is 11906***. I made my transactions from Tekirdağ and have never experienced similar issues before. I'm experiencing this situation and request a full refund of my funds as soon as possible.
