Cloudex Pushed Me Into Risky Trades Leading to $7300 Loss and Heavy Debt

I am a teacher living in Bursa. In July 2024, I received a call from Cloudex and deposited a certain amount of money, with the coins I deposited recorded below by date and time. Following this, I conducted token and coin transactions based on trading advice from L*** Y***, one of the Cloudex customer representatives. In that same month, I suffered a loss of approximately $7,300. In January 2025, I was contacted by A*** D***, another Cloudex employee, who assured me that my losses would be compensated. She explained that I needed to deposit a portion of a loan defined to me and that my money would be returned on the condition of completing certain transactions. Since then, I have been repeatedly pushed into trading, but I have only incurred more losses. I have lost significant amounts, leaving me in debt to my wife, friends, and colleagues. I can no longer face the people around me. I haven’t been able to sleep for months, and my psychological health has deteriorated. Already a heart and blood pressure patient, I repeatedly informed Cloudex employees that these stressful transactions were harming my health. I emphasized that instead of making risky trades, I needed my losses refunded to settle my debts. I was also told that these trades were insured and that my principal investment would never be lost. However, on January 17, 2025, while trading VUNI with 100x leverage under L*** Y***’s guidance, I gave a sell order, but VUNI's price was too high, and my account was blocked. Because of these mounting losses, I have accumulated heavy debt, my relationship with my wife has deteriorated, and I am now on the verge of divorce.
