I purchased Clinique All About Eyes Eye Cream and Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator from the arrival duty-free shop at Adnan Menderes Airport. I have used both products about 4–5 times in total.
The eye cream caused dryness, small bumps, and a strong stinging sensation around my eyelids and under-eye area. I’m also concerned that the bumps may turn into milia (oil deposits). The moisturizing cream, on the other hand, caused dryness, itching, and irritation on my face. Neither product delivered the promised moisturizing or soothing effects—in fact, both caused significant discomfort.
I no longer have the boxes or receipt, and I have not yet contacted Clinique customer service. I am requesting a refund or product replacement due to this negative experience, and I hope the brand takes responsibility for the skin reactions caused by these products.
