I purchased Clinique’s Take The Day Off™ Makeup Remover Balm on 08/28/24, which is labeled as allergy-tested. However, when using it to remove my makeup (all Clinique products), I experienced a burning and stinging sensation in my eyes. I’m puzzled by this reaction, especially since I specifically used Clinique’s makeup and remover products, expecting full compatibility.

Additionally, I’ve had a similar reaction with Clinique’s eyeliner before. This is a notice to raise awareness and seek insight from Clinique about potential ingredients that might cause sensitivity.
