I Paid for Claude AI Pro but Features Are Not Activated

I purchased the Claude AI Pro plan today through the official website, paying approximately $24. The payment was successfully charged to my credit card, and it is also shown as completed in the system. I have the details, including Receipt Number 2296-9356-6884 and Invoice Number RRN290KP-0001. However, despite this, the Pro features have not been activated on my account.

Shortly after the purchase—less than 30 minutes later—I continued receiving “you’ve reached your limit, upgrade your plan” warnings. In other words, even though the payment has been processed, the system still treats my account as if I have not purchased the Pro plan, and I am unable to use any of its features.

I contacted the support team regarding this issue. They suggested that I might not be logged in with the correct email address. However, I am absolutely sure that I am logged in using the same email address I used to subscribe and make the payment, and the issue still persists with no activation of my Pro plan.

Since I have been charged but cannot access the service I paid for, I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that my payment be refunded if the Pro features cannot be properly activated on my account.
