I purchased the Super Family plan from Duolingo, expecting to share the benefits of this package with my family members. Although I successfully added my family members to the plan, they have been unable to access the Super subscription features. Despite following all the instructions, the subscription benefits did not activate for any of them.
I contacted Duolingo support multiple times via email to report this issue and request assistance. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or solution. The problem remains unresolved, and my family members are still unable to use the paid subscription services that I purchased in good faith.
This situation has caused me both financial and emotional frustration. I paid for a family subscription plan specifically to share it with my loved ones, but the service I was promised has not been delivered. I feel ignored as a customer, as my support requests have been met with complete silence.
I urgently request that Duolingo resolve this problem and activate the Super Family plan benefits for all my added family members without further delay. If this issue cannot be resolved promptly, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid.
Please address this matter immediately and provide the service that was promised when I purchased the Super Family plan.
