I Demand Refund After Wrong Claude AI Subscription Upgrade

I am a monthly $20 Pro plan user on Claude AI. On March 24, I accidentally upgraded to the $100 Max plan. Immediately afterward, I reported the mistake and requested a refund. However, the company my request and stated that I would only be downgraded back to the lower plan once the subscription period ends.

The Max plan has significant limitations compared to the Pro plan, especially in terms of file uploads and other core functionalities. Because of this, I did not receive a service that meets my expectations despite paying a much higher fee. In total, I have been charged $218, yet I neither received the expected level of service nor any refund.

During this process, I contacted the support team multiple times, including through ticket #85670954, but each time I received negative responses and my issue was not resolved.

Due to this accidental upgrade, I demand a full refund of the $218 I paid. Otherwise, I will proceed with filing complaints through official consumer protection authorities and initiate a dispute process with my bank.
