I am trying to log into my Clash Royale account on my Samsung J7 Prime device. My account is linked to the email address g******@gmail.com**, and my player name is hacker. When I request a login code to access my account, the code never arrives in my email. I also tried the same process on another phone, but still did not receive the code. My Gmail account receives other emails without any issues—only the Clash Royale login codes are not coming through.
I have been experiencing this problem for 1 day, and the same issue occurs with every attempt. The game is updated, and there are no problems with my device or internet connection. I have not yet contacted Supercell customer service.
I request that the login code be properly sent to my email address so I can regain access to my account.
