I Face Account Hacking Issue in Clash of Clans on iPhone 15 Pro Max and Get No Support
I have been playing Clash of Clans on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but three days ago, my account (ID: #l9vpyqrrq, village name: X-ray, Town Hall level 14, last clan: canlar) was hacked and taken over by someone else. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the support team to recover my account. Unfortunately, I only received automated responses and no real assistance from the team, despite providing full details.
To prove ownership, I even submitted my in-app purchase receipt dated April 2, 2024, for a Gold Pass worth ₺119.99 (document no: 116783524321, order no: mnmn4b3s2s). This purchase was made directly from the account in question. Still, I have not received any help or instructions on how to recover it.
I demand that Supercell verify my ownership using the provided payment records and return my Clash of Clans account to me as soon as possible. This is an urgent request that needs immediate resolution.
