I Accidentally Bought the Wrong Clash of Clans Pass and Want to Exchange or Refund It

Dear Clash of Clans support team,

I’ve been a loyal player of your game for a long time and I recently made a purchase by mistake. I intended to buy the Gold Pass, which costs around ₺120, but accidentally purchased the “Friends and Foes” event ticket, which cost me ₺199.99. This was not the item I wanted, and I realized the mistake too late.

Since I haven’t used the event ticket, I am requesting that you either exchange it for the correct Gold Pass or refund the payment. It’s extremely frustrating to make an unintended purchase, especially after years of enjoying the game and supporting it financially.

Please assist me in correcting this mistake. I hope Supercell shows that it values its long-term players and resolves this issue promptly. I look forward to hearing from your support team soon.
