I Bought the Primal Background in Clash of Clans but Didn’t Receive It

I recently purchased an event ticket in Clash of Clans, collected the necessary points, and used them to unlock the Primal Village Background. However, despite completing the entire process correctly, the item never appeared in my account. Not only did I not receive the background, but my points were also deducted, leaving me with nothing in return.

I’ve already contacted support regarding this issue, but I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication is disappointing—especially when real money and time are involved in earning these rewards.

My village code is #89QCJVGLV, and I’m asking for immediate action. Either deliver the background I paid for or restore my points.

Supercell, please fix this and make sure your in-game purchases are reliable. I fulfilled my part—now I expect you to do the same.
