Clash of Clans Clan War League Stars and Player Count Miscalculated

I play Clash of Clans on iOS, with the username m* and my clan “t*.” For about two months now, especially during the August and September Clan War Leagues, we have been facing a recurring problem:

The stars are not calculated correctly,

Our clan shows as 39 members, while opponents with the same number of players incorrectly appear as 53,

This issue occurred in the last two war matches, causing our ranking to drop,

As a result, we did not receive the medals we rightfully earned.

This situation has unfairly punished our clan’s efforts and progress. We play according to the rules, yet due to incorrect star and participant calculations, our league performance and rewards are being impacted.

I request that Supercell urgently fix the calculation errors in Clan War Leagues and compensate clans like ours that have suffered from lost medals and ranking issues. Players should not be penalized because of a system malfunction. We expect this issue to be addressed promptly so that the competition remains fair.
