Clash of Clans Season Pass Not Working. Benefits Unavailable Despite 'Active' Status

I purchased a Season Pass in Clash of Clans, but for reasons I don't understand, I can't access any of the benefits like... training boost or construction boost, even though it shows as 'active'. Customer support has yet to respond to my inquiry. I never imagined I'd be buying a Season Pass for nothing
