Clash of Clans Bonus Glitch: Only 4x Loot Instead of 8x Despite Event and Town Hall Upgrade

I play Clash of Clans on my Samsung Galaxy S23, and today I upgraded my Town Hall, which rewarded me with a 4x bonus. At the same time, a 4x bonus event started in the game. Since both bonuses are running simultaneously, I should be receiving a total of 8x bonus loot, but instead, I am only receiving the regular 4x bonus.

This issue started today and is expected to last for the next 3–4 days if not fixed. My in-game username is Aleron and my player ID is #220LG0R2P. I already contacted Supercell customer support, but I have not received any response so far. My game is updated to the latest version, and I did not make any additional payments related to this bug.

I request that the missing bonus loot be credited to my account and that the remaining duration of the event be properly adjusted so I do not lose the rewards I rightfully earned.
