I hold an account at Al Rajhi Bank, Dammam (Dhahran 2 Industrial City), and today I noticed that an amount of 114 Saudi Riyals has been reserved or blocked on my account due to an online purchase offer that I did not authorize or want. This reservation is restricting my funds and preventing me from using my own money, and I only became aware of this deduction today.
I have not yet contacted customer service or visited a branch, as I am first submitting this complaint in hopes of resolving the issue as quickly as possible. I request the immediate cancellation of this unwanted offer and the full release of the 114 SAR back into my available account balance.
Additionally, I ask that no such reservations or offers be applied to my account again without my clear and explicit consent.
