Report and Refund an Unauthorized Claritycheck Transaction

On December 4, 2025, I discovered that $44 was charged to my Halkbank debit card by a website called Claritycheck without my knowledge or authorization. I have never applied for any membership or subscription on this site, nor have I shared my card information. The transaction was completed entirely without my consent and is unauthorized and unlawful.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted Halkbank and placed a block on my card. The bank informed me that I would need to contact the website directly. However, this transaction was not approved or requested by me, and I am extremely concerned that my card information was used without my permission.
For this reason, I am requesting that the transaction made by Claritycheck be canceled, that the $44 withdrawn from my account be refunded immediately, and that all necessary measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from occurring again. Additionally, due to my suspicion that my debit/credit card information has been misused, I request that an official complaint record be created regarding this matter.
