I Face Unauthorized Block on İş Bank Account by Claritycheck and Cannot Access ₺617

Today around noon, I discovered that I could not make any transactions from my İş Bank Bursa Ertuğrulgazi branch current account, even though there was sufficient balance available. When I logged into the mobile banking app, I was shocked to see that a block had been placed on my account by Claritycheck, and my debit card was also disabled. As a result, I was denied access to my own money, totaling ₺617.89.
I immediately contacted İş Bank customer service to understand the situation, but I was not provided with any clear explanation or documentation. This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue, and it has left me both frustrated and concerned about the security of my account. Having my card blocked without prior warning caused serious inconvenience, as I was unable to make essential payments.
I am demanding that the block be lifted without delay, my debit card be reactivated, and the ₺617.89 currently restricted in my account be refunded to me immediately. I also expect both İş Bank and Claritycheck to clarify how this unauthorized block was placed and to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
