While using the Claritycheck Android app, I made a payment with my father’s card without fully realizing that it was a paid service. There was a notice indicating that the app required payment, but I assumed it would be around 25 TL. However, about half an hour ago, a $30 charge was withdrawn from the card (last four digits: 0429). I am underage, and the transaction was not made with my own card but with my father’s.
After the payment, I received a notification, but I had no idea the fee would be this high. I used some features of the app, but if I had known it cost this much, I would never have made the payment. I tried to cancel the subscription, but I couldn’t reach any customer support.
I request a full refund of the amount charged from my father’s card as soon as possible.
