Last night around 1:00 AM, I accidentally made a payment through the Claritycheck app on my Android device (Realme 13 Pro). I thought the app cost 25 TL, but $30 was charged to my father’s credit card instead. I am underage, and this payment was made unintentionally and without fully understanding what I was doing. The payment receipt also shows the transaction under the name Claritycheck.
Right after that, I tried to cancel the subscription, but I’m not sure if it was successful. I haven’t contacted customer service yet. I am requesting that my subscription be fully canceled and that the amount charged be refunded to my father’s card.
