Clarity Check Charging Weekly Without My Consent — Need Refund

Since May 14, the company Clarity Check has been charging ₺657 every week from my Akbank Axess Wings credit card without my knowledge or consent. I have never started any membership or subscription, yet the payments began automatically, and I only realized it later.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I sent an email and tried to reach Clarity Check by phone, but I haven’t received any response, and the issue remains unresolved.

I request that these unauthorized weekly payments be canceled immediately and that all amounts withdrawn so far be refunded to my account without delay.
