Citroen C4 Delivery Issue and Uncertainty

I purchased my 2023 Shine Bold C4 from the Inallar Bursa Ovaakca dealer, but it's still stuck at the port before reaching the dealership. Despite a promised delivery in about 3 weeks, the car is now delayed due to a software update. While I appreciate the sincerity of B-- Hanım at the Inallar dealership, Citroen Turkey needs to address this unpredictability. Regretting my purchase, the software update seems like an excuse, especially considering past complaints about damaged or faulty new car deliveries. I'll bring an expert to inspect upon delivery, and if any issues are found, I'll use my legal rights to the fullest. It's astonishing and trust-shattering not to know the fate of million-lira cars when we can track simple, cheap items step by step. I may understand why Citroen isn't as popular. A prompt solution to this untrustworthy situation is crucial.
