Citroen C5 Aircross Driver's Seat Steering Issue Appointment Delayed for a Month
The electric steering on the driver's seat of my 2021 Citroen C5 Aircross isn’t working, leaving me unable to adjust my seat properly. As a result, I have to sit crookedly to drive, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. When I called the authorized Citroen service today, they informed me that the earliest available appointment is a month away on December 9. I purchased this car expecting timely support under warranty, but if I have to wait a month to address even a minor issue, it feels like it would be better to sell the car and move on. Service centers that once offered appointments within two weeks during peak summer now push them back by a month, and it seems likely that soon, even a basic maintenance check could require a wait of one to two years. I am disappointed with the lack of service, and my experience with Citroen has led me to regret choosing this brand.
