Citroen C4X E 115 kW Door Lock And Safety System Issues Under Warranty

Our Citroen C4X e 115 kW, released in November 2024 and now about one year old, has been experiencing serious issues for nearly three months despite being under warranty. For the past month in particular, the car doors do not unlock normally with the key. To get into the vehicle, we first have to open the trunk electronically and then intervene manually, and only after these steps do the doors finally unlock. This situation has become unacceptable in terms of both safety and daily use. During this process, I applied to the Antoto authorized service center on November 17, 2025. However, we have been kept waiting without resolution for critical issues such as the doors, display, airbag warning, and vehicle locking, all of which directly affect safety and usability. We have not received any clear or satisfactory response, nor can we find anyone who takes responsibility. At the same service visit, my father was persuaded—by being told it would improve performance—to change the air filter on a one-year-old vehicle with only about 8,000 km, and an amount of approximately ₺8,000 was charged to his credit card. I consider this a misleading recommendation, as such a procedure should not be necessary for a vehicle of this age and mileage. We were also told that the vehicle’s chassis number “needed to be re-entered,” yet no clear explanation was provided about what this meant. I request that all software-related and mechanical issues in our vehicle—especially the door and safety system problems—be urgently and permanently resolved, that we receive proper communication throughout the process, and that the approximately ₺8,000 charged for what I believe to be an unnecessary air filter replacement be refunded.
