I cannot actively use the My Citroen application on my Citroen C4 X (September'23 delivery) I purchased in Turkey. The vehicle and the app are not synchronized in any way. I registered with Citroen, and they called me and told me that if I set the language option to UK (England) before logging in, it would be fixed, and then they said that it would return to normal when the application was updated. However, there is no synchronization with the vehicle, there is no method I haven't tried. Also, you cannot turn Wi-Fi on from the vehicle's system settings; it appears to be on and then turns off again. It is also written in the My Citroen application that in order for the vehicle to receive an update, it must connect to a device via Wi-Fi and access the internet (the update is not done with a flash disc as in the old versions). As a result, something is problematic in the system, Apple CarPlay connects to the vehicle first via Bluetooth and then via Wi-Fi, but The vehicle does not connect to the internet. The car navigation also speaks English and does not connect to the internet (There is an icon on the top right of the navigation that says there is no connection, which means the navigation also needs to be connected to the internet). I hope these problems will be fixed with updates. There are dozens of people experiencing these problems, we are meeting on a Forum platform, and no one has yet been able to overcome the issues I have listed above.

The phone I have is an iPhone, and it has also been tested with my spouse's Android phone, but no progress has been made. In summary: The My Citroen app is not connecting to or synchronizing with my C4X vehicle (Phone: iPhone 13). The car's Wi-Fi does not turn on; it seems to turn on but then switches back to being off (Visual shared). The navigation is not online; navigations provide good service when they work online.
The iPhone 13 has connected with the My Citroen app, synchronizing all vehicle information. Unfortunately, it is still not possible to connect the vehicle to a secure Wi-Fi network.
None of the C4X vehicles I know connect to a Wi-Fi network. We cannot use both updates and navigation online. Paying approximately 1,400,000 TL and not being able to use this feature is very frustrating.
