Disappointing Service from Citroen: Unresolved Problems and High Prices

I brought my Citroen car to the Izmir Arkas Karşıyaka service center. We bought the car brand new only 20 days ago. Even though they had the car at the shop for 15 days, they couldn't fix the problem. And to make matters worse, they charged a ridiculously high fee for their service. When we reached out to Citroen Turkey, they didn't give us any solution. Stellantis Turkey told us to contact Citroen Turkey instead, saying they wouldn't do anything about it. I'm really frustrated because my car has some problems that haven't been fixed yet, and the service center and the company aren't being helpful at all. It's totally not okay to pay a high service fee and not have the problem fixed, especially for a new car. I thought I would receive better help and a fair solution for the situation. The service center and the parent company both don't provide proactive assistance, which is really disappointing.
