FreeCash Surveys Keep Crashing and Rewards Aren’t Credited to My Account
For about a week now, I’ve been having constant issues on the FreeCash platform, both on my phone and my computer, whenever I try to participate in surveys. The surveys either show an error before opening or close by themselves halfway through, kicking me out of the session. Even though I spend time and effort completing them, I don’t receive any rewards because the surveys shut down unexpectedly.
The same thing happens with the “Play and Earn” games. I downloaded and played the games, but I never received the rewards I was promised.
I contacted the support team multiple times, but all they told me was to reach out to their partner through a link they provided. However, the link gives a 404 error, and there’s no working way to contact the partner. They also said I should click on the partner’s name, but that doesn’t work either.
These issues have happened with several surveys and one game, resulting in a total loss of about $10. My FreeCash ID is 563359, and my email is m*******@gmail.com. I request that my missing payments be credited to my account and that these technical problems be fixed immediately.
