GiftCards.com Took My Money But I Still Did Not Get The E Gift Card I Bought
After purchasing an e-gift card from GiftCards.com, more than three hours have passed however the receiver has not gotten anything. Honestly, it makes me look awful since I'm lying about delivering the gift and that's not good. There's no reason it should be delayed like this; I received the confirmation and had money removed from my account straight after. Given the whole purpose of an e-gift card, I anticipated it to be delivered practically quickly. The site is not at all helpful, and I cannot even receive an update or honest response. I merely want some clear communication or at least the card sent. Should this continue, I could have to think about pursuing legal action since this is not how a trustworthy service ought to run.
