Chewy.com Fast Free Delivery Took Longer Than Promised

I placed an order with Chewy.com because they said delivery would be free on orders over $49, It’s one of Purinas salmond and rice mix, it took a loooooot longer than the promised one to three days to arrive. the delay caused me trouble and messed up my carefully planned schedule, worst part isn’t this of course because I can just go but a small package for them, it’s just Chewy.com didn't let me know about the delay. A simple message or update about the status of my order would have made things a lot easier for me, expected more from Chewy.com because I'm a loyal customer who values ease of use and dependability. I like that they offer free delivery, but hope they can work on speeding up deliveries and getting in touch with customers better so that shopping is easier in the future.
