Chevrolet Evanda Engine Replacement Issue

I had a brand new engine installed in my Chevrolet Evanda. After starting the car, we tried a few more times, but then the car refused to start again. We realized there was no electricity going to the fuel pump and injectors. We took the car to an electrician, and it's been there for two months now. We've checked the brain and many parts, but there's no part left untouched. We've gone as far as replacing the brain, yet we can't get the car to start. I would greatly appreciate any help from those who might assist with this issue.
