Chevrolet Captiva Keeps Overheating After Radiator Repair

Although I have only owned my 2012 Chevrolet Captiva 2.0 diesel for three months, I have experienced overheating and radiator problems a total of four times during this period. When the overheating problem first occurred, I took the vehicle to an independent repair shop. I was told that the radiator and hoses needed to be replaced, and these repairs were carried out. However, despite replacing these parts, the problem was not resolved at all, and the vehicle continued to experience the same issue.

During this process, I made payments totaling 31,900 TL (approximately $658) on different dates, which are also reflected in my bank records. I made these payments on February 3, 2026, February 16, 2026, and April 16, 2026. Despite these expenses, the overheating and radiator problem with my vehicle has not been permanently resolved. In addition, because the brand no longer appears to have an official dealer in Turkey, I am unable to find an authorized party to address this issue.

Due to all of these expenses and the recurring problems I have experienced, I request that the radiator and overheating issues with my vehicle be permanently resolved and that the 31,900 TL (approximately $658) I paid during this process be refunded to me.
