Chevrolet Cruze 6T65 Transmission Never Delivered After Payment

On April 10, 2026, I paid 90,000 TL (approximately $1,857) through M***** K*****, the owner of a business called Ygz Otomatik Şanzıman, to purchase a 6T65 automatic transmission for my Chevrolet Cruze. Despite making the payment, approximately two months have passed, and neither has the transmission been shipped nor has my money been refunded.

During this time, I contacted them countless times through WhatsApp. Each time, I was told things like “I’ll ship it today” or “I’ll send it tomorrow,” but no concrete action was ever taken. I never received the product, and no action was taken to refund my payment either. I have all of the WhatsApp conversations and screenshots as evidence and can provide them if requested.

At this point, I request that this matter be resolved and that the 90,000 TL (approximately $1,857) I paid be refunded to me without further delay.
