Chery Service Broke My Car After 5000 Km Maintenance Now Camera and Windows Fail

I took my brand-new car for its 5,000 km maintenance to "Kıyı Motorlu Araçlar Sultanbeyli branch" on September 17th with an appointment. I didn’t have any issues, just a general check-up. I also mentioned a camera problem that had happened 2-3 times before. They told me the rear camera was faulty and replaced it. After picking up the car and leaving, about 1-2 hours later, I tried to use the camera while parking and noticed it wasn’t working. It didn’t work for the next two days either. I took the car back again on September 19th with an appointment. The car stayed in the service for two hours. When I asked about the status, they said it would take another 1-2 hours, so I took the car back without having it repaired. I'm curious how they managed to break the working car. Right now, the front windows open automatically but don't close. I have to turn the car off and back on to fix it. Even though the collision warning system is off, the car flashed its hazard lights twice today while standing still. In two days, I experienced everything that I hadn’t in 5,000 km.
