Chery Sold Me a Tiggo 7 Promax With a Faulty Axle and Wont Fix It for Months

My Tiggo 7 promax vehicle that I bought brand new started to have a vibration problem when it was only 4500 km, I went to the service thinking it was the brake discs but they said there was a problem with the axle and it had to be changed under warranty, they said an important part like the axle was not in stock and would come from China. I don't understand how an important part like the axle wouldn't be in stock! They probably order it from China because it will be changed free of charge under warranty, if it was a repair that was paid for they would have changed it right away. When I talked to the service the other day (Mengerler istanbul Davutpaşa) they said the part was stuck at customs, it's been about 1 month they said you can wait 1 more month, it's very hard to believe that a company like Chery can't get parts through customs, if you want to destroy the brand perception you shouldn't victimize your customers who trust you and buy from you so that we can make good comments about the brand here and there. I want this axle problem to be fixed urgently, if I'm going to have these problems in the first months of the vehicle that we plan to drive for many years, I will sell this vehicle and never buy it again or let anyone around me buy it.

They are very interested in calling, but they cannot produce solutions. They keep repeating the same things over and over.
