Chegg Subscription Issue – Paid but No Active Subscription Shown in My Account
I recently purchased a subscription on Chegg.com, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, when I log in with the email address I used to make the purchase, my subscription doesn’t appear. Instead, I’m getting a notification that my subscription is linked to a different email, even though I only have one email and made the purchase with it. This is extremely frustrating as I can’t access the services I paid for. I need this issue resolved immediately so I can use the subscription I purchased. Please address this problem and ensure that my subscription is properly linked to the correct email account.
