Chat Radar Charged My Credit Card Without Authorization

1

On August 17, 2024, I downloaded an application called Chat Radar through the Google Play Store. Without providing any prior information or displaying any confirmation screen, the application charged approximately $5 to my credit card. I did not receive any warning that the application was a paid service or any notification informing me that I was subscribing to a paid service. The transaction appeared on my credit card statement as “Chat Radar.”

I was unable to contact the app’s representatives because I could not find any phone number or customer support channel. As a result, my complaint was not resolved and I was left without any assistance. Although I attempted to cancel the subscription, the charge was processed immediately.

I request that the inconvenience I have experienced be addressed and that the full amount charged to my credit card be refunded. I also expect Chat Radar to provide a clear explanation regarding how this charge was made without my knowledge or consent.
